Accredited testing

Not available yet, and we will not sell it as if it were.
PUREFORM Labs is pursuing ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. The audit process typically runs nine to twelve months. Until it completes we are not an accredited laboratory, and no result we issue should be represented as accredited testing.
If your application requires an accredited laboratory, say so before you ship and we will tell you plainly that we are not the right lab yet. Worth knowing while you compare: the laboratory most widely trusted in this field is not accredited either, and the accredited alternatives generally run nine to eleven business days against our three to five.
When accreditation completes, existing vendor programme customers move onto accredited pricing at a rate agreed in advance rather than a repriced surprise.
Bulk and volume
Above twenty samples per month, pricing moves to a volume agreement rather than a published rate, because turnaround commitments and method development start to matter more than unit price. Contact us with your expected monthly volume and analyte list.
All prices in USD. Shipping to the laboratory is the sender's responsibility. Samples are retained for thirty days after release, then disposed of under documented procedure.
How to pay
Wire, ACH, Zelle, Bitcoin, USDC and card. Bitcoin and USDC are settled on-chain and are treated exactly like a wire: the price is fixed in US dollars and the crypto amount is quoted at the moment of invoicing.

The priority lane
Testing labs run a queue, and a backed-up queue is the usual reason a result is late. Paying on a rail that settles irrevocably — wire, Zelle, Bitcoin or USDC — moves the job to the front, because the laboratory is not carrying reversal risk against material it is about to consume. Card payments are welcome and are not eligible, at any price.
Card surcharge
Credit cards carry a 3% surcharge, shown on the invoice before you commit and never applied to debit cards. It is the cost of acceptance passed through, not a markup — every other rail is billed at list price.
